Day 21 Centering Thought: “Every moment of every day I live my life abundantly.”

Something to celebrate! For the first time ever, I actually managed to finish a 21 day meditation challenge! I’ve started many, many of those free three week challenges that Deepak and Oprah team up to create, and I have never, ever finished a single one.

Consistency! I’m starting to get it!

Technically, there is a bonus session still, a 22nd day left to do. But I believe in celebrating every win, big and small, along the way, so- yay! Win!

I can’t properly describe how beautiful this meditation felt. By the end, I was wiping away tears. We started with a little visualization of planting seeds of abundance in a beautiful meadow, and as I repeated the mantra mentally for the rest of the time, I could really see and feel those seeds growing, beautiful plants sprouting up all around me, their branches and vines heavy with bright fruits and nourishing vegetables.

Some of the plants grew glorious flowers of all colors- they felt so real I could almost smell them. Everywhere I looked, everything was growing so fast, I suddenly realized it was too much for just me. In my mind, “So hum” repeating over and over, I saw myself in a sort of faster time-lapse, running around, collecting baskets of berries and trimming stunning bouquets to give away, to share my abundance. I shared with loved ones and strangers. My heart felt full, overflowing, really.

It was just perfect. Exactly how I want my life to feel. Full of beauty, nourishment, connection, generosity, giving freely, enjoying the abundance all around me, joyful and full of love.

I will update my “things manifested” list one last time for day 22, the final day of this meditation challenge. For today, I have to get ready for our final rehearsals- it’s show night tomorrow! Feeling excited, blessed, and grateful for everything today!
