Mar 17- Quickie

Meditation: Calm, Deep Sleep Relax
Length: 10 minutes
Where: In my bed, Los Angeles
How It Felt: Very relaxiiiiing

Last night was my first night alone in my home for awhile, and I got anxious about going to bed in the quiet. I decided to do a sleep meditation to help me relax into sleep.

Not much new to report! It worked great, and I was fast asleep by the end. I slept great all night! I will honestly likely do another one tonight. This Daylight Savings Time stuff has me all mixed up- I’m tired half the day and awake half the night.

(Related- can we please stop changing our clocks now? Did we vote in CA to get rid of that, or at least talk about it? The worst.)

Short, sweet, and to the point. Which is: meditation is awesome.
