Apr 21- Fly

Meditation: Calm, Deep Sleep
Length: 10 minutes
Where: In my bed, Los Angeles
How It Felt: Comforting

Quick blog today! I’m about to board a plane to Detroit. Going out for a couple of weeks for Brian’s Celebration of Life (the family friend we lost a few weeks ago) in Indiana, to play nurse for Steve’s gallbladder removal next week, and, possibly for some work.

I did a sleep meditation last night because I never sleep much the day before I fly- always trying to pack too much in!- and I really wanted to try. I actually did ok! I love that relaxing body scan.

Tigre here with me. He’s my little jetsetting buddy, and I know he’s going to love some yard time, and watching the birds and squirrels through our big windows. He’s talking at the top of his little cat voice, causing people to actually question if he’s a human baby.

Yes. I put my baby in a cat carrier! Lol. Yikes.

I liked the quote at the end of the meditation a lot, so I share it with you now! Hoping to do a solid meditation on the plane… if Tigre doesn’t talk the entire four hours. wish me luck!
