Quick post- on our way to bike The Strand, one of Steve’s birthday month activities! Such a gorgeous day, very excited!

We meditated in bed yesterday, curled up with Tigre, sleepy before our couple’s massage appointment. (Which DID help me kick that tension headache finally- yay!)

The session was about how we should still work to find gratitude for the hard times in life, because we do find positive things there if we look- lessons, people or situations we need to let go of, strength, empathy, etc. If you read this blog, you already know I’m a huge fan of this concept. If I didn’t find all the silver linings in my life’s clouds, I would be a very different person with a much sadder life today.

Feeling so much better in lots of ways! Some great QT with the hubby getting pampered, drinks last night with a friend, beautiful sunshine and fresh air today, and the excitement of a mini celebration tonight with some of our dearest friends all have me feeling cheerier than my last post.

Life is good. Sometimes it hurts, and you can’t avoid that, but it passes. It always eventually passes, and you can come back to the good.

Feel it all, friends- if you don’t feel it all, you don’t feel any of it really!
