Super short one- soooo much to do today! (And the next week! It’s getting serious around here!)
Keeping up with my Relationship with Self series! Something I’m really loving about this one is the clear focus on the breath- paying attention to where you feel the breath, or to every end of a breath, or following it up and down- on days like these where I struggle to stop and focus, it really helps me.
I don’t have a lot to report! Have a little party planning session in an hour for our big August blowout, having dinner and drinks with a friend tonight (the kind of friend where you always end up talking late into the night whatever you do), and trying to get a ton done in the meantime. It’s crazy how much there is to do, actually. Life keeps sneaking up on me!
If I don’t get really intentional about routine soon, life might sweep me away! Getting a little wake up call right now.
Overall, though, just feeling really, really good. Calm, in control, and optimistic. Excited for things to come. Not feeling overwhelmed even though I’m getting very busy is pretty cool and not a feeling I experience a lot. I’m really enjoying it!
Could this be the new way? Did meditation, together with other healing and adjusting I’ve done over the past year, help me become like… a serene person? Is this me? Am I… dare I say it… balanced??
Because I’m totally loving it!
If the goal was to get Zen AF… I’m definitely closer than I’ve ever been. Very, very cool.
