With all the changes happening in my life, the “Waves of Change” meditation seemed like just the thing. I meditated before bed, while I was in the middle of stretching, and it was calming and lovely.

Have a bunch to get done today, plus a dear friend’s party to attend, so rushing off. Never enough time in the day, but we try!

So grateful for so much right now. Hoping for a slower day tomorrow to take it all in, enjoy some cuddles, read next to my babe, eat a late brunch then an early dinner… that kind of day. But today? Time to go and keep going!!

Reminding myself that change is the only constant, and the only way to grow and do bigger and better things. Growing pains are real. Change is uncomfortable. At the end of the day, it’s all completely worth it.
