Yesterday I did a meditation about “burnout” as I felt myself coming dangerously close to that condition. It inspired me to find a few places in my life that can “give” a little in order to create more mental space.

One of those places will likely be this blog. It’s nice to spend time writing and processing, but, for the foreseeable future, I may also need to simply report the meditation and move along from time to time.

Today, I am doing just that. Meditation complete. Taking care of myself today to ensure I have energy to push through another extremely busy week! So important.

Grateful I’m learning to read my rhythms and warning signs better and adjust accordingly. Hope to keep building this skill!
