Meditation: Headspace, Wind Down: Light Visualization Length: 5 minutes Where: In bed, Los Angeles How It Felt: I was out
Well, I’m even more exhausted tonight than I was last night. I’m reporting my meditation. That’s honestly all I have energy to do. I am dying to go to sleep (and eat!- it’s after 10 and I’m just making dinner), but I still have an audition and a little shoot to prep for tomorrow.
So- I meditated! I did it! I fell asleep pretty much right away and slept so hard.
I’m so excited to have absolutely nothing to do for almost an entire five days. Ahhhhh….
(Not exactly absolutely nothing, but almost nothing. And no reason to put on makeup or a bra, once!)
