Meditation: Calm, 7 Days of Happiness: Learn to Let Go

How It Felt: I was smiling so hard my face hurt!

Happy. Introvert day. Enjoying turning my brain off. (Though at the moment, showing a resident in my building the rec room space- the (HOA) president’s work is never done!)

I’ve been watching a lot of Top Chef and reading my book and eating the best snacks and this morning I stayed in bed until after noon. Perfect. Perfect perfect perfect.

Yesterday, I did yoga before I meditated. Felt so good after five pretty physical days in a row. My foot finally feels healed! So awesome to be able to move properly again.

Then, RIGHT before I meditated, I checked on some Telfar boots I was on the wait list for… and they were available!! In my size! Back ordered, but I am NOT complaining- I wanted these perfect boots so much and they sold out so fast.

(If you read all of this blog I will look like an insane shoe hoarder…. Which is correct…)

So the entire meditation I was literally smiling so hard my face started to hurt. There was a lot of good news yesterday, actually. It wasn’t exactly the relaxing day I needed, though, so today I’m all in.

Or… all out?
