How It Felt: Perfect for bedtime

I promised myself I would get back into my “yoga every day” routine in November now that my foot is healed, and it’s been really lovely to do before my meditations when possible. I’ve been doing Yoga With Adriene, but last night I felt really tired and wanted to do something simple in the bedroom instead of setting up the whole yoga area in our little “home gym.”

Headspace to the rescue.

My plan was to do a quick, stretchy yoga, then meditate, but the one I chose happened to start with a short meditation, so I just did it all at once! Nice to be efficient when trying to get myself into bed and asleep.

Lots to do today! Checking in quickly here and moving along. Big weekend ahead!
