Meditation: Balance, Foundations: Day 2

How It Felt: Just… good.
Still feeling quite heavy today. I did manage to work remotely for a show this morning. I also started and finished an entire book (Yearbook by Seth Rogen- soooo funny and insightful!) Steve and I had a phone date that lasted hours, and that helped me feel quite a bit better.
I even managed some cleanup and laundry. And, at the end of the night, I ordered sushi as a treat for myself. Something healthier than what I had energy to cook and eat.
I’m really enjoying this Foundations plan. Sticking with it until the end. The second session was even more personalized, based on changes I noticed (or didn’t notice) after the first session. There was a little questionnaire to start, just a few questions, but it’s really cool they customize everything so much to the individual experience of each user.
Giving blood tomorrow, rehearsing for a job this weekend, and hoping to get outside for some fresh air and exercise if I can get motivated to do so. Today was definitely a little lighter than yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow will be even more so.
