Meditation: Headspace, Deep Breathing

How It Felt: Nice
Steve and I finally had a night and morning line up properly so we could spend part of the day together cuddled up in bed. I slept soooo great last night. And the eclipse finally happened, so I am feeling so much better today! Back to my old self. Such a nice feeling.
I started auto show today so I’ll be working a lot for the next week and a half. I’m sure these posts will get short many days. I’m about to be super tired.
(Though I don’t think it’s possible to get less sleep than I got last weekend, so it has to be easier than that!)
I did a “Deep Breathing” session while I stretched before bed last night. Very relaxing. Simple and lovely.
Now- I have to be up in five hours, so goodnight!
