Meditation: Balance, Foundations: Day 7

How It Felt: Relaxing
Day 7 of the Foundations program was an intro to the body scan technique. Obviously this is something I’ve done many times before, but I’m enjoying getting back to some simple basics for a bit. We only scanned the top of our heads to our shoulders, just to get used to the feeling.
After a full work day, it was nice to be reminded to relax my jaw and drop my shoulders.
Speaking of full work days, I had another today, so I’m off to sleep as soon as possible here. Not much to report!
