Honestly, I wanted to meditate longer last night, but it got so late somehow. I was trying to get a lot done before I fly to Michigan today. Trying to do the same today! Short post.

I love that even when I don’t have a lot of time, I know I’m going to take at least a few minutes at some point in my day to stop and breathe. I relaxed my shoulders and jaw. I took probably the only deep breaths I had taken all day. I took a moment to pause, just for myself, and it’s always lovely.

Ok, lots of packing left to do! Two weeks in Michigan and Indiana with parties and plans followed by a week in Tahoe calls for a lot of planning. At least I can come home in between to switch suitcases! Plus, Tigre is flying with me, so I have to pack for him, too.

My perpetual toddler. I love him so much.
