I just wanted to be still yesterday. I wanted to just turn it all off and focus on breath. The Everyday Headspace session was perfect for that.
We spent the day finishing the first season of Ted Lasso and I am emotionally spent! Not a ton to say, except I’m feeling blissful and really enjoying a few pj and tv and snack days with my best friend in the world.
